Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and present appropriate products
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Additional team support as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Organization and notetaking skills
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Schedule
Monday to Friday
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $37,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
